Conformity to Christ,  Singleness,  Womanhood

When The Enemy Gets Loud

We live in a time where the Enemy is really loud and seems to be triumphing in our land. He is spreading lies, we are listening and the result…
Marriage is degraded.
Motherhood is lame and despised.
Mothers kill their babies every day.
Life holds no value.
Women are abandoning femininity.
Men are abandoning masculinity.
Nothing is sacred anymore.
Much filth, sin, unrighteousness, and hate consume our country.
Selfishness and a lack of love for the truth are visibly seen.
Truth has indeed fallen in the streets.
Christ, His Gospel and His Kingdom of holy living are laughed at in scorn.

“And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.”
Isaiah 59:14

The Enemy is loud and it’s getting serious!
Dear sisters in Christ, we can not afford to live off to ourselves and live “happy little moral” lives and ignore that Christ is calling us all to more. We must get loud and push back against the Enemy. No, I don’t mean in the way of sound, but in the way of Truth.
I don’t mean yelling in the streets, I mean in quiet, meek, holy living and speaking the truth of God and His Kingdom way. May we speak to those around us and beyond.
We, as women, can not afford to live our lives the way that makes us feel most comfortable and at ease. We must with sincere hearts come to the Word of God and seek to be conformed to its teachings.
What is its view on femininity?
What is its view on motherhood?
What is its view on children and raising them?
What is its view on singleness and purity?
What is its view on modesty?
What is its view on doubt, fear, and selfishness?
What is its view on sin and holy living?
The Word of God is not just a nice encouraging book to read from time to time. No! It’s our very way of living life! We actually are to read it and do what it proclaims. It is God’s way. His truth. His creation. His commandments.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
Psalms 119:105

“If you love me, keep my commandments.”
-Jesus
John 14:15

The world’s way of living life is not working. It is not hard to see that, yet why do we insist on going and living that way? We Christian women should be seeking to live Christ’s way.
His way is perfect.
The more we seek to change our way of living to His way, you can be sure that the Enemy will get louder with his lies. But stand strong and lean on Christ!
I long.
I want.
My heart burns to live radical for Christ.
I want to trust Him with all my being.
But, oh,…I see the sin that so easily besets me. The Enemy gets loud with his lies.
But, I also see Christ. He has overcome the Enemy!
When the Enemy gets loud and tries to discourage you from being a “holy woman that trusts in God” for all areas of your life, get loud back with Truth!
“And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
Colossians 2:15

“According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
2 Peter 1:3-4
Stand firm dear sister!
Stand firm in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ!,
Stand firm in holy living and seeking after Christ!
The Captain of our faith is steadfast and sure. He that hath begun a good work in you will complete it.
Get loud with the Truth! Throw yourself on Christ and Trust Him! May you never turn away from His love and truth. He desires a people that love Him, trust Him, want Him and would give up all for Him. Although I fail and stumble so often it seems, I want to be a part of those people.
Don’t you?

“Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.”
Psalm 40:4
